    古くから粘性土地盤上の建設工事において,圧密促進や圧密後の強度増加が工学的に問題となっており,圧密後の沈下量,沈下時間に対する高精度な予測が必要となっている.しかし,このような粘性土地盤に対して圧密中における物性(k,mvなど)の変化を考慮した予測法はほとんど実用化されていない.そこで本研究では,圧密沈下量,沈下時間を高精度に予測するため,粘土の非線形圧縮特性と透水性変化を要素試験から直接取り込みながら圧密支配方程式を逐次解いていく圧密オンライン実験手法を開発する.この手法を用いて実際の材料が有する非線形変形特性を直接支配方程式に取り込むことにより,構成モデルの影響を受けない定量的な予測が可能となる.

    Terzaghiの圧密理論は微小ひずみ仮定や線形的圧密パラメータなどの非現実的仮定条件によってその適用範囲が制限されていた。しかし,実務レベルでは依然としてこの理論が使われている場合が多い,現場計測との差は技術者の経験や工学的判断によって修正されているのが現状である。これは合理的非線形圧密理論の不在よりはむしろ非線形パラメータの算定あるいは選択に多くの経験や知識が要求されるためであると考えられる。それに,著者らは最近地盤工学的な利用が増えているオンラインシミュレーションに注目した。従って,本論文の目的はこの方法の非線形圧密解析に対する適用可能性を検討や実験アルゴリズムと装置の開発することである。
