    ピロティ建築物の1階にオイルダンパー及び変形制御機構を設置してソフトストーリーとし,これを積極的に活用することにより,建物応答が目標値以下となるようなシステムを提案し,その設計手法を示した。さらに,提案するソフトストーリー建物が構造として成立する可能性を示した。本論文で提案するソフトストーリー建物は,一般的な耐震建物と比べて2層以上の応答を大きく低減することができる。また,ソフトストーリーの応答変形がある程度以上となる場合は,フェールセーフとしてリミッターが作動して損傷を2層以上に分散させることにより,建物を全体抵抗機構に変換させて安全性を保つ。

    In this study, a system combined of viscous damper and displacement controller with hardening type force-displacement relationship is proposed. By applying the proposed system to a multi-story structure, displacement controller device restricts the displacement of the all stories and uniform ductility distribution can be obtained, with no significant change in acceleration and inertia force values. Moreover, an energy-based damper design method, with the assumption of uniform ductility distribution, is proposed to determine the necessary viscous damping coefficient and the adequate gap of displacement controller. The results show that, seismic displacement response of the reinforced concrete multi-story structure is effectively reduced under the target ductility value, with the viscous damping coefficient that is obtained by the proposed method.

    複合組積造と称されるコンクリートブロック壁とRC柱・梁フレームで構成される複合架構の耐震性能を検討することを目的に,縮尺1/2の試験体4体を用い,シアースパン比と柱主筋量をパラメータとした擬似動的加力実験を行った。実験結果に基づき,終局強度,等価粘性減衰,および最大応答変位量と応答推定に関する検討を行った。その結果,シアースパン比が大きくなるとせん断強度が低下すること,柱主筋の降伏が先行する場合には等価粘性減衰が減少し,応答値が大きくなることが確認され,複合組積造の耐震設計においては曲げ降伏を先行させないように設計した方がより良好な耐震性能が得られることが判明した。

    This paper presents simulation analysis of composite block masonry wall subjected to axial load and the moment considering the shear span ratio. Simulations of the experimental results were done using the rigid body spring model. This analysis model consists of the finite number of rigid bodies connected by normal and shear springs along its boundaries. The simulation analysis results agree well with experimental observations in terms of maximum loading capacity, failure mode, stresses distribution in each boundary elements and reinforcement's strain. The shear slips of the mortar joints are dominants in the total displacements of the specimen. The effects of shear span ratio on the maximum loading capacities of composite block masonry wall are also investigated.

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the inelastic behavior of reinforced concrete columns subjected to simulated input motions with different time duration. Three identical specimens, one for static test, two for shaking table tests, were tested. Shaking table tests were carried out using the shaking table in Tohoku University. In order to get satisfied test results, the compensations for 2 kinds of input motions were carried out before shaking table tests by stiffening the identical used specimen with steel braces for different damage levels. The test results of stiffness variations, cracking patterns, load-displacement relationships etc., are compared. From the comparison with the static test, it is verified that before yielding point, the maximum inertia forces of shaking table tests show nearly as the same as the static test, but after yielding point, those of shaking table tests are 1.1-1.2 times higher than the static test at the same relative displacements. Furthermore, the results of free vibration tests for three cases are discussed here.

    In the earthquake resistant design of RC buildings, it is necessary to evaluate damage of structures both by maximum displacement and by energy dissipation. In this study, damaging potential of earthquakes to structures is estimated by total input energy, and damage of structures is evaluated by damage index considering both maximum displacement and dissipated hysteretic energy. From results of parametric inelastic response analyses using simulated earthquakes, it is found that earthquake response pattern of structures can be represented by a parameter based on energy response. It will be possible to establish a design concept of RC buildings considering damage limits.
